VPPIC strives to create a strong team environment. All staff members support eachother and give 100% in all they do. This is necessary to create a loving, nurturing environment for students to feel safe and grow. Intentional team building activities as well as monthly inservices with daily support/accountability helps to build a daily, healthy work environment.
